Fees and deliverables

Service fees compensate agreed access, work and deliverables and are not contingent on an award. Each engagement is customized. The signed agreement defines the retainer, milestone deliverables, separately scoped work and acceptance criteria.

Standard intake excludes CUI, ITAR-controlled and classified information. Work involving controlled information requires a separately assessed and agreed track. Do not send sensitive records, credentials or banking information through this website or ordinary email.
